Cancellation Policy

No cancellations may be made once your order has been placed. We will not cancel orders once it has been processed (typically within 2 hours of purchase).

Once an order is placed, your purchase is processed and begins to be prepared for manufacture and delivery.

Therefore, due to the nature in which we process, design, and produce your order along with the need to purchase some materials, we do not accept cancellation of any orders. PLEASE check your order over carefully before placing it.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item or offer you a store credit.

Khoul Outfits offers its clients the possibility of exchange.

To start the process, you have to send an email within 3 business days after receiving the product to khouloutfits@gmail.com, with the reason for exchange and if you require a different size, a different color, a different item, or a store credit.

If after checking our size guide and ordering with our sizing in mind, you're not satisfied, you may contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you and create a different size for you, but non-promotional shipping costs for both items will apply.

We do not offer free exchanges on any item(s). Please inspect your items upon delivery. If for any reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given.

Return & Refunds Policy

Khoul Outfits offers its clients the possibility of retracting within 3 business days after the product is delivered. The number of items eligible for return is a maximum of 2 pieces. Returns that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.

Due to the eco-friendly nature of our brand and business model, no returns will be accepted unless the client agrees to ship back the product to a US address and pay a restocking fee of $40 per item for a full refund. The items must be in perfect condition, unused, and inside their original packaging, including all labels.

If your order is eligible for a return, you have to send an email within 3 business days after receiving the product to khouloutfits@gmail.com, with the reason for return to start the process.

After the email is reviewed by Khoul Outfits, the customer will receive an email with the instructions to follow.

NOTE: Refunds will only be made in the form of store credit. NO refund of money is made.

Fostering the talent of Venezuela’s manufacturers is central to Khoül’s mission. To ensure that their community is taken care of, they provide their team with excellent working conditions.

We make each piece to order by 3 different sizes S M L and we allow our artisans 15 business days to complete an order depending on the size and volume of such order. Our products are specially handmade for you and they are also free of material defects at the time of shipping.
